The District Attorney of the 32rd Judicial Circuit is the Chief Law Enforcement Official in Cullman County who represents the people of the State of Alabama in prosecuting all felony and misdemeanor criminal cases which occur within Cullman County.
Cullman County's D.A., Wilson Blaylock, began his first term of office in January of 2005. Wilson served in the District Attorney's office as an Assistant D. A. from 2000 to 2005 and held the position of Deputy District Attorney before being elected as District Attorney. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and the Birmingham School of Law. Wilson is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Cullman Bar Association.
He is an avid football fan for the University of Alabama, enjoys horseback riding, cooking and spending time with his family. He and his wife, the former Missy Wilson, have 5 children. Wilson is a member of the First United Methodist Church.
